ORDERS
All orders are to be placed on our website, available 24/7.

To place an order, customer will have to complete guided form, with all information necessary to identify him (including name and address).

At the end of the order process, customer will be ask to check and correct if necessary all information entered.
By validating his shopping cart, customer accepts entirely our sales terms and conditions. From this moment, order will be considered placed. You will receive a confirmation email, with a unique order number.

Products specifications can be modified by manufacturer without previous notice. lasvegascustomengraving.com can't be held responsible of non availability of a product due to manufacturer discontinuity or inventory shortage .
All pictures of products are property of their owners and are non-contractual.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Custom made items (any product with personalization) are not returnable.

If there is an issue with requested personalization, please contact us.

According to Federal law, it is perfectly legal to replace your VIN tag when needed.
We also remind you that replacing, altering or tampering an identification number for intent theft or usurpation is a felony.

By ordering a VIN tag or data plate on our website you acknowledge being the rightful owner of the identification number and/or matching vehicle or his authorized agent.

lasvegascustomengraving.com cannot be held responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of its products.

We also reserve the right of randomly requesting proof of ownership and/or run VIN check or the number provided with your order.

Failure to provide documents when requested or failure to the online VIN check will result in order cancellation.

For replicas of OEM tag designs, you need authorization from the original manufacturer to use their name and/or logos. When you order with us you acknowledge that you are authorized to obtain a replica by trademarked/copyrighted property owner(s).
